How I handle your information
Last updated: October 19, 2026
I run LMJ Consulting. This page is short because I collect very little, and I do not sell it.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Free audit request: your business name, website address and email.
- Anonymous visit stats: which pages get viewed, what site sent you, your browser type and your country. No name, no email, no cookies.
- Anonymous totals of how many people tap the phone number, tap the email link or send a form. I count taps, not people.
What I use it for
Replying to you, running your audit, setting up a call, and keeping a record of the conversation in my CRM. Nothing else. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
What I do not do
I do not sell your information. I do not rent it. I do not run ads, ad pixels or tracking cookies on this site.
Who else touches it
- Web3Forms delivers form messages to my inbox. It keeps a copy for a limited time and uses spam filters that see your email and IP address.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the visit stats. Like any host, it sees your IP address and browser when a page loads.
- My email provider holds the messages we exchange.
- Notion, my CRM, holds the record of our conversation.
No one else gets your information from me, unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep my copies of inquiries for 12 months, then delete them. Ask and I will delete yours sooner.
If you become a client
What you share about your business is used only to do the work you hired me for. Our written agreement covers the details.
